My office is based in Columbia, Maryland. For out-of-state patients, I provide telehealth consultations.

Insurance:
I do not participate in any insurance plans or networks and handle payments on a fee-for-service basis only.
Payment Policy:
Payment is expected at the time of service in the form of cash, check or e-transfer via Zelle. If you choose to e-transfer, you can find our Bank of America business account using the Gmail address drbradsachs@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy:
Unless you have provided 72 hours’ notice (3 full business days), you will be charged the full fee for any appointment that is missed for any reason, unless we’re able to schedule another patient in your appointed time, something that we will always try to do but cannot guarantee.
